Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation contribute to the Independent Social Support Body (ISSB) of the First Lady Mrs. Andri Anastasiades

20,000 EUR donated to the Independent Social Support Body (ISSB)

On the 2nd of September, a charity gala organized by Mr. Gaies Khrais (General Director of Metaquotes Software) and his family took place in support of the Independent Social Support Body which is chaired by the First Lady of Cyprus and the ISSB President, Mrs. Andri Anastasiades. ISSB aims to provide economic assistance to all university students whose families cannot afford to finance their studies.

Mr. and Mrs. Andrey and Julia Dashin, Founders of the “Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation”, a non-profit charitable organization aimed at giving back to the Cypriot community, happily donated 20,000 euro to help ISSB continue their generous endeavor. In her speech, co-founder Mrs. Julia Dashina passionately explained their reason for giving:

‘’When my husband and I decided to establish the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation in Cyprus we made a pledge to ourselves and the community of Cyprus- that we would become a force of good and provide an extending hand to anyone who truly needs it. More than two years later we have helped numerous NGO’s in their worthy causes, supported local and national initiatives and have assiduously fought for education, culture and the environment in Cyprus.’’

During the charity gala, the First Lady expressed her appreciation to the philanthropic couple, for all the social work they do in Cyprus. This is not the first time the Andrey and Julia Dashin’s Foundation has donated to Mrs. Anastasiade’s worthy cause. On the 8th of June 2015, the founders had once again made a donation to the Independent Social Support Body conveying the importance of their mission statement to make a positive change “even to the life of one community, one family or one person, is and will forever be important.”
